I didn’t forget about you

Even though, you probably did

I told you I’d give you a rhyme

For a certain time, that’s what I said

Time took it’s time but

now that time has come

Trust me, I broke some promises

But I didn’t intend on breaking this one

Never knew you that well in school

But you always seemed nice, calm and cool

Obviously beautiful and intelligent

Never constantly in drama like the rest of RU

Even still, I never really got to know you.

I never actually took the time to be friends with you.

I feel like I missed out by doing that.

Cause I think if we were cool, you’d have my back.

But nothing’s written in stone

Things can change and I hope that they do.
