The star fell through the open sky at a blazing speed
One could feel the intensity of the heat surrounding it
Like the touch of the sun, warmly embracing your skin
Like God himself staring at you as you sin
The heat got more intense throughout the night.
The cities the star passed through became restless
They stripped themselves of their clothes and their deception
It seems that which falls can still teach us lessons
Like a homeless addict telling a child crack is wack.
A star which has fallen from heaven can save you.
Those who have sinned are not beneath you,
They’re who you need to speak to.
For he who has fallen and lived to speak of it,
Had the courage to rise off the ground.
So he who has not yet fallen,
Should learn from this now.
We’re all stars.
Destined to fall, that’s a fate we can’t ignore.
So don’t look down upon those who have fallen from grace,
They looked down on you already when they fell before
